If you think using 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper will make this dish too zesty, cut the amount in half.
Instructions
COOK beef and bell pepper in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in Sauce Mix, red pepper, 1 cup milk and the hot water.
HEAT to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Reserve 2 tablespoons onions. Stir ketchup, remaining onions and uncooked Pasta into beef mixture. Cover and simmer 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
STIR Sour Cream Mix and 2 tablespoons milk about 30 seconds or until smooth; stir into beef mixture. Let stand uncovered about 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you’d like. Top with reserved onions.
